DESIGN & PRODUCTION

 

Client must provide references, sample size, measurements and additional information as a referral.

 

Our minimum order is 300pcs per item.*

 

Production for branding and wedding is subject to Think Peony Co. production house. We do not accept orders that only require a single service from our side. Your order must include designing and printing from our side in order to avoid complications during the production process. Please note that we do not cater to last minute order.

 

 

DELIVERY OR SELF COLLECT

 

Once the production is completed, client may self collect the product at our studio (Location)

or client may request delivery via a third party; GoGet (Fee to be paid by client)

 

 

SHIPPING

 

We ship orders to Sabah, Sarawak, Singapore, Brunei & other countries. We would be happy to deliver your order to any location serviced by our appointed forwarder.

 

Please note that Think Peony Co. is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen issues outside of our reasonable control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes. Please note that you may be liable for additional customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements.
